Scope & acceptance

These Terms govern your use of our website, purchase of products, and related services (the “Services”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a legal guardian to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity under your account.

Products, pricing & payments

• Descriptions. We aim to describe products accurately; however, images, colors, and dimensions may vary slightly (non-contractual visuals).
• Currency. Prices are shown in GBP.
• Taxes & duties. Prices include VAT (where applicable) and exclude customs, duties, and import fees. For UK/EU deliveries, any import charges assessed by authorities/carriers are the customer’s responsibility.
• Payment methods. We accept PayPal, credit card, and Apple Pay.
• Order acceptance. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it is not acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order (e.g., due to suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors). If payment was taken, it will be refunded.

Shipping & delivery

• Where we ship: UK & EU.
• Delivery time: Typically 8–15 business days (estimates only; actual timelines may vary due to carrier delays, customs, peak seasons, or force majeure).
• Tracking: Where available, we’ll provide tracking details by email.
• Risk of loss: Passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

Returns, refunds & cancellations

• Return window: You may return products within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Original packaging is not required. Items should be in new or gently used condition and free of damage not due to transit or manufacturing defects.
• Exclusions: You indicated no non-returnable items. (Your statutory rights remain unaffected.)
• Costs: Customer pays return shipping (except for defective/incorrect items).
• Process: Email kalysianshop@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you’re returning, and the reason. We’ll send return instructions and the return address.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Shipping fees are typically non-refundable.
• Defects & incorrect items: If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within a reasonable time; we’ll repair/replace or refund per applicable law at no additional cost to you.
• Cancellations: If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel and refund on request. If shipped, please process a return after delivery.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws.

Fitness & health disclaimer

Our products may support fitness, wellness, or training goals, but they are not medical devices and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
