Kalysian cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.
Price
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs.
Kalysian reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of the order.
Order
The customer can place an order via the website by following the indicated process.
The order is only considered valid after full payment.
Kalysian reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute with the customer.

Payments are secure and can be made by credit card, PayPal or any other method offered on the site.

Delivery
The products are shipped to the address indicated by the customer when ordering.

Kalysian cannot be held responsible for delays due to the carrier.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, at the customer's expense.
Legal guarantees
Kalysian applies the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects provided for by articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code and 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
Responsibility
Kalysian cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the product purchased.
